Hugh Gloster, MD, FAAD

Dr. Gloster comes to Associates in Dermatology from the University of Cincinnati where he was a Professor of Dermatology and Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology. Dr. Gloster’s primary 
areas of expertise are cutaneous oncology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and reconstruction. Dr. Gloster is board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.


Dr. Gloster has 30 years of experience and his clinical practice provides comprehensive evaluation of patients with skin cancer and the treatment of any complex surgical issue involving hair, nails, and skin.

Dr. Gloster is a member of numerous local and national committees, has lectured nationally and internationally, has written numerous publications in peer reviewed journals, participates on editorial review boards of respected dermatologic journals, and has co-authored and edited two medical text books which have been distributed nationally and internationally. 

In 2016 and 2017, Dr. Gloster received the Patient Experience Excellence Award, which is given to the top 10% of over 200,000 providers in the Press Gainey national database for patient experience with clinic visits.
